This consists of an interview in which we try to understand the customer's profile and the house-buying project. We explain all the stages of the financing process, documentation and financial resources required.
Pre-qualification
We issue the customer's pre-qualification letter which will allow the realtor representing them to make an offer on a property.
Support for the offer for a property
While the customer is looking for a property, we will accompany them to make simulations of the properties they are interested in.
Application to the bank
We will represent the customer with the bank that has offered the customer the best terms, and provide any clarifications and additional documents that may be required.
Final approval
Once the financing has been approved, we will provide the customer with all the support they need to close the purchase of the property. This involves the signing of the transfer of ownership of the property at a notary's office, either in person or remotely.
